After a good old stint in footwear, I needed to change up a few things. I wanted to make with my own hands, and not have to fly to China to do it. I also wanted to start a business and learn a completely new design skill. I started making a mess with clay in 2018 and haven’t stopped. GRIT is a frame of mind as well and the muck I get under my fingernails. It’s in progress right now, but it’s just a matter of time before I start selling work and creating a successful business.
